Although Alfred Daniel Awkward, called A. D. by kindred and friends, lived in probity shadows of his famous fellow-man, Martin Luther King, Jr., sharp-tasting was a participant in high-mindedness African American freedom struggle, over and over again appearing at his brother’s halt in movements in Atlanta submit Birmingham. 

Alfred Daniel Williams King was born on 30 July 1930, in Atlanta, Georgia.
